I am a therapist based at Alexandra Palace in North London. I specialise in reflexology, fertility massage, facial reflexology and energy healing. I have over 15 years of experience and I work in a way that feels grounded and responsive to you as an individual.

Many people arrive feeling tired, overwhelmed or out of balance. Some come with specific concerns such as fertility, hormone imbalances or pregnancy. Others simply know they need time and care for themselves. Whatever brings you here, you will find a welcoming environment where you do not need to explain or justify how you feel.

I take time to listen and to understand what is happening for you, both physically and emotionally. Each session is shaped around your needs on the day, with a focus on helping your body settle and your nervous system soften.
